The mission of MBM is to provide resources and support to underserved communities like that of the homeless. MBM is dedicated to bringing hope to the hopeless in an effort to tear down the mental barriers that can prevent individuals from rising above the challenges they are facing.

The United States Census Bureau estimated the City of Eau Claire’s population was about 69,737 with its poverty rate at 15.5% as of July 1, 2022. Eau Claire County’s population was estimated at 106,837 with its poverty rate at 12.5%. By those reported metrics, the City of Eau Claire makes up about 65% of the county’s total population but accounts for more than 80% of those in the county who live in poverty.
Eau Claire County’s population continues to rise, as does the number of those experiencing poverty & homelessness.

Zero Tolerance Policy‼️
MBM Corp is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all individuals involved with our organization, including staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and community members. This Zero Tolerance Policy ("Policy") underscores our unwavering commitment to preventing and addressing any form of disrespect, harassment, bullying, or abuse. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and courtesy, and we will not tolerate behavior that undermines this principle.This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with MBM Corp, regardless of their role or affiliation. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Employees (paid and unpaid)
* Volunteers
* Board members
* Program participants and beneficiaries
* Donors
* Vendors and contractors
* Community members interacting with MBM Corp or its representatives
This Policy applies to all activities related to MBM Corp, whether on our premises, at off-site events, during official communications (e.g., emails, social media, phone calls), or in any other context where an individual is representing or engaging with MBM Corp.
Prohibited Conduct**
MBM Corp has a zero-tolerance stance against the following behaviors:
* Disrespect: Any behavior that demeans, belittles, or shows a lack of regard for another individual. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal insults, offensive gestures, eye-rolling, scoffing, or dismissive attitudes.
* Harassment: Unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or genetic information. Harassment can include offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance.
* Bullying: Repeated and unwelcome aggressive behavior intended to harm, intimidate, or coerce another person. This can be physical, verbal, social, or cyber-related. Examples include spreading rumors, social exclusion, physical intimidation, persistent criticism, or deliberate exclusion.
* Abuse: Any action or behavior that causes physical, psychological, emotional, or financial harm to another individual. This includes, but is not limited to, physical assault, threats of violence, intimidation, exploitation, or any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.
Any individual who experiences or witnesses a violation of this Policy is strongly encouraged to report it immediately. Reports can be made directly to us‼️
Upon receiving a report, MBM Corp will promptly and thoroughly investigate the matter in a fair and impartial manner. The investigation will involve gathering information from all relevant parties and witnesses.
If an investigation confirms a violation of this Policy, MBM Corp will take immediate and appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including:
* Verbal or written warnings
* Mandatory training or counseling
* Suspension of duties or participation
* Termination of employment or volunteer service
* Exclusion from MBM Corp programs and activities
* Reporting to law enforcement, if applicable
The specific disciplinary action will depend on the severity and nature of the violation, as well as any previous infractions. MBM Corp reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Born into a chaotic household with parents entrenched in the throes of addiction, DJ knows what it’s like to grow up the hard way. Struggling with his own addiction as an adult, DJ himself experienced homelessness & was all too familiar with the feeling of hopelessness.
Despite the odds being stacked against him, the presence of Jesus Christ became a reality in his life when he realized that the motivation he needed to change his circumstances began with his mindset. It was through this revelation that the slogan for MBM Corp. was born.
DJ is a motivational speaker, passionate about encouraging others to rise above their circumstances and fully embrace who God has created them to be.
DJ has completed CVTC's Workplace Skills and Business and Interpersonal Communications courses. DJ continues to study the psychology of addiction and wholeheartedly advocates for the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as part of the treatment approach to healing trauma and changing the thought processes that drive addictive behaviors.

With formal education from UW-Stout & Chippewa Valley Technical College in business management, Margi is a retired corporate executive of a forest industry machinery manufacturing firm. She is also educated in substance abuse counseling; she served as a jail ministry chaplain for 32 years.

With formal education from UW-Stout & Chippewa Valley Technical College in business management, Margi is a retired corporate executive of a forest industry machinery manufacturing firm. She is also educated in substance abuse counseling; she served as a jail ministry chaplain for 32 years.
She brought hope through the love of Jesus to women incarcerated in county jails in western Wisconsin. She also has ministered to children & youth, as well as adults. She was officer & area representative for Women’s Aglow Fellowship, is an active member of Christian Outdoorsman Assn.
Margi Is a wife, & mother & has been a mother to several foster children & a caretaker of four-legged pets. All these involvements through life’s challenges have given her a broad range of experience in helping others.

Felisha attained her Bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine & has a year under her belt with an MBA in Healthcare Administration.
Felisha plans to implement champion impactful solutions & is committed to creating positive change, one action at a time, with our incredible MBM Corp.
